Trent Anderson


Roger and Michelle Anderson of Huntington announce the marriage of their daughter Kortnie to Trent Anderson, son of Wayne and Michele Anderson of Benjamin. They have chosen to marry June 10 in the Manti LDS Temple. A reception will be held that evening in the Huntington First Ward Building, with an open house in Benjamin at the LDS Ward Building on June 17.
Kortnie is a graduate of Emery High, LDS Seminary and Snow College. She plans to continue her education at Utah State in business. Trent is a graduate of Spanish Fork High, LDS Seminary and Snow College. He served in the Washington Spokane Mission and plans to continue his education at Utah State in the agribusiness program.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Soren and Hope Anderson and Janet and the late Michael Greenan. Grandparents of the groom are Clair and Lottie Lou Anderson, and Valera and the late J. Robert Hogan.

Randy and Betsy Johnson announce the marriage of their son Jacob to Susan Griffin, daughter of Clair and Marilyn Griffin of Logan. They will be married in the Logan Temple on June 11. A reception in their honor will be held that evening from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the bride’s home, 630 North 200 East, Logan. Jacob currently works for Senator Orrin Hatch. Susan is a Speech and Language Pathologist at the Lab School of Washington. They will continue to reside in the Washington DC area.

Todd and Cheryl McFarland of East Carbon announce the marriage of their daughter Austin Rae McFarland to Christopher Greg Cowan, son of Greg and Clea Cowan of Helper, on June 11 at the Greenwell Inn, 655 East Main Street, Price. A reception to honor the couple will be held that evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Greenwell Inn. Dancing will follow.
Austin is a 2001 graduate of East Carbon High School and is currently employed as a correctional officer for the Carbon County Sheriff. Chris is a 1998 of Carbon High, a 2000 graduate of College of Eastern Utah, a 2003 graduate of ITT, and works as an electrician for Intermountain Electronics.
The couple plans to make their home in Helper.

Jim and Starla Robertson of Price announce the marriage of their daughter Bonnie Jean Robertson to Virgil Allen Marcum, Jr., the son of Virgil, Sr. and Candy Marcum of Price. The couple will be married June 11 at the Freedom Christian Fellowship Church in Price.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 p.m.-midnight at the Robertson residence for dinner and dancing.
Bonnie is a 1999 graduate of Carbon High School. She is working at Phone Directories Company, in Price as an advertising consultant. Virgil is a 1995 graduate of Carbon High School. He is working at Tram Electric in Price.
The couple plan to reside in Price.

David and Gaye Babcock and Lorrie and Paul Roper announce the marriage of their daughter, Stefanie Jo to Dave Mumford, son of Richard and Margo Mumford. Stefanie and Dave will be married June 9 at Lake Powell. A reception will be held in their honor on June 11 from 6-10 p.m. at the South Mountain Golf Club, located at 1247 East Mike Weir Drive, Draper.
Stefanie is a 2000 graduate of Carbon High and a 2004 graduate of Utah Valley State College, now working as a nurse at Cottonwood Hospital. Dave is a 1997 graduate of Valencia, Calif., currently employed as a mechanic.
The couple plan to reside in Draper.
