LuDean Litster
1918-2005
LuDean Litster, age 86, passed away June 12, 2005, in South Jordan, Utah of causes incident to age. LuDean was born Oct. 12, 1918, in Cleveland. He was the sixth of 12 children born to William Thomas and Ida Viola Johnson Litster. He married Florence Theora Knox, April 17, 1940 in Huntington, and their marriage was solemnized Sept. 11, 1940, in the Salt Lake Temple.
LuDean is survived by his wife of 65 years; and four of their six children: Nedra (Al) Warner of St. George, Larry (Faye) Litster of Provo, Susan Litster of Sandy, and Brent (Nanette) Litster of Sandy; 24 grandchildren, and 45 great-grandchildren. LuDean is also survived by five sisters: Viola (Joseph) Hardy, Arnell (Harold) Clark, Uneva (Dilts) Workman, Geraldine (Ralph) Walters, Yvonne (Lloyd) Jones; and sister-in-law, Lyle Litster.
LuDean was preceded in death by two children: Kent Litster (a twin), and Evelyn Litster Jackson; two grandchildren: Karen Peterson, and Paul Litster; as well as two great-granddaughters: Alisha Mei Litster, and Alexandra Stilson. He was also preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, and four sisters: Errol (Lyle) Litster, Opal (Norman) Andersen, Christal (Guard) Young (Clair) Mathis, Robert D. (Birdell) Litster, Geneal (Vaughn) Jensen, and Gloria (Carlisle) McPhie.
LuDean was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, holding many positions within that organization, and at the time of his death held the office of High Priest. He and his wife Florence served a 12-month mission together in Raleigh, N.C.
LuDean worked many years in the Insurance industry, representing Beneficial Life Insurance, as well as many other companies. He was a Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) and earned many awards over the years.
Funeral services will be held Wed., June 15, 2005, at 11:00 a.m., in the Springville Center Street Chapel, 355 East Center Street, Springville. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m., at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville, or friends may call from 9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday prior to funeral services. Interment will be in the Price City Cemetery.

Tracy Poulos
Tracy Nels Tucker Poulos, age 41, passed away June 6, 2005 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born Nov. 26, 1963 in Price to Gery and Margie Christensen Tucker. After Margie’s death when he was three weeks old, he was adopted and raised by George and Florence Tucker Poulos.
He attended Emery High School and graduated from Salina High School after which he served in the US Air Force. He became a CNA for the State of California in order to care for his special friend, Robin Brown. After her health declined, they moved to San Antonio so she could be close to her family where he unexpectedly passed away of a heart attack.
Tracy is survived by his mother Florence Poulos of Aurora; father Gery Tucker of Salt Lake City; special friends Robin Brown of Texas; sisters, Troy Lynn Tucker of Price; Dawna and Reeve Cook of Huntington; Ruth Wayman of Aurora; Merrillee and John Zmerzlikar of Helper; and brother Jerry Wayman of Salt Lake City.
Graveside service will be held June 14, 2005 at noon in the Cleveland Cemetery under the direction of Fausett Mortuary.
Darrell L. Wallberg
WELLINGTON-Darrell L. Wallberg, age 71, passed away June 6, 2005 at his home in Wellington surrounded by his family. He was born on Dec. 28, 1933 in Salt Lake City to Leland H. and Jenny Studham Wallberg. He married Darlene Giles on Oct. 26, 1952 in Elko, Nev., later solemnized in the Vernal LDS Temple.
Darrell has been a truck driver all his life, (since he was 12 years old). He loved spending time in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, especially with his family. He enjoyed watching John Wayne westerns but most of all, he loved passing the time of day with the grandkids.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene of Wellington; children, Melvin and Carol Wallberg of California; Darrell and Julie Wallberg of Nevada; Debra and Gary Motte of Wellington; Ronald and Delia Wallberg of Roosevelt; James Wallberg, Dona and Paul Hazelwood, all of Wellington; Dwayne and Izora Wallberg of Southern Utah; 55 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother, Leland Wallberg, and sisters, Phyllis McDonald and Bonnie Chambliss, all of Carbonville; and Genevevie Wallberg of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by both parents, brothers, Raymond and Marvin; sisters, Melba, Josephine, Dorothy and Margie; granddaughter, Sandra Dee; and great-grandsons, Jason and Nathaniel.
Funeral services were held Sat., June 11, 2005 at 1 p.m. in the Wellington Stake Center where friends called one hour prior to services. Burial was in the Wellington City Cemetery under the direction of Fausett Mortuary.
