Todd and Cheryl McFarland of East Carbon City announce the marriage of their daughter, Austin Rae McFarland, to Christopher Greg Cowan, the son of Greg and Clea Cowan of Helper. The couple was married June 11.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6-8 p.m. at Greenwell Inn, located at 655 East Main, Price. Dancing followed.
Austin is a 2001 graduate of East Carbon High and is employed as a correctional officer at the Carbon County Sheriff’s Office. Chris is a 1998 graduate of Carbon High, a 2000 graduate of College of Eastern Utah and a 2003 graduate of ITT. He works as an electrician for Intermountain Electronics.
The couple plan to make their home in Helper.

Jim and Starla Robertson of Price announce the marriage of their daughter, Bonnie Jean Robertson, to Virgil Allen Marcum Jr., the son of Virgil Sr. and Candy Marcum of Price.
The couple was married June 11 at the Freedom Christian Fellowship Church in Price. A reception was presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 p.m. until midnight at the Robertson residence.
Bonnie is a 1999 graduate of Carbon High and works at Phone Directories Company in Price as an advertising consultant. Virgil is a 1995 graduate of Carbon High and work at Tram Electric.
The couple plan to reside in Price.

David and Gaye Babcock and Lorrie and Paul Roper announce the marriage of their daughter, Stefanie Jo Babcock, to Dave Mumford, the son of Richard and Margo Mumford.
Stefanie and Dave were married June 9 at Lake Powell. A reception was presented in the newlyweds honor June 11 from 6-10 p.m. at South Mountain Golf Club, located at 1247 East Mike Weir Drive in Draper.
Stefanie is a 200 graduate of Carbon High and a 2004 graduate of Utah Valley State College. She works as a nurse at Cottonwood Hospital. Dave is employed as a mechanic.
The couple plan to reside in Draper.

The couple was married and held an open house in Oak City on June 11. They will make their home in Ephraim.

Stokes of West Valley, Dee and Venus Anderson of Salt Lake and Kathlene Beckstead of Orangeville announce the marriage of their granddaughter, Crystal Rae Anderson, the daughter of Bill and Carla Anderson of Huntington, to Bret Lee Hansen, the grandson of Lamond and Sherma Gardner of Cleveland and Leora and the late Aron Hansen of Elmo. Bret is the son of Chris and Pattie Hansen of Cleveland. The couple will be married on June 18.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a reception in the honor of Bret and Crystal at the Greenwell Inn, 655 East Main, Price, on June 18. The reception will be from 7-9 p.m. and a dance will follow.
Crystal is also the granddaughter of the late Carl Beckstead.

Audra graduated from Emery High in 2004, and recently received her Dental Assistant Degree in February. She is employed at Dr. McKell’s office in Castle Dale.
Peter graduated from Emery High School in 2000, and served a LDS mission in Riverside California. He is employed at Consol Energy. The couple will make their home in Ferron.
Grandparents of the bride are Bryce and Joyce Brasher and Willard and Jean Young of Huntington. Grandparents of the groom are the late Rulon and Barbara Behling and the late Duane and LaVern Steel of Price.

Toni Perkins and Nathan Southam have chosen June 18 to be married in the Manti LDS Temple. A reception will be held in their honor that evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Holiday Inn, 838 Westwood Boulevard, Price.
Parents of the bride are Doug and Lucy Perkins. Parents of the groom are Wade and Deborah Southam of Vernal. The couple plan to reside in Vernal.

Vic and Frankie Sacco of Price announce the marriage of their daughter Nicole to Travis Cottam. Travis is the son of Steve and Gerri Goralski of Roy, and John and Irma Cottam of Ogden. Travis and Nicole will exchange wedding vows on June 25 at Notre Dame De Lourdes Church in Price.
A reception will be held for the newlyweds, in their honor, that evening at the Elks Lodge. Nicole is employed at the University of Utah and Huntsman Cancer Hospital in Salt Lake City as a MRI technologist. Travis owns and operates his own business. The couple will make their home in Farmington.
