The new Curves in Castle Dale held a ribbon cutting on June 22. Curves is independently owned and operated by Cathy Sitterud, manager, and Tricia Atwood and Amber Pruitt, owners.
Curves is a fitness program designed for all ages of women and features a fun and safe hour-and-a-half workout in just 30 minutes with hydraulic resistance.

Curves is located at 570 East Main in Castle Dale. They are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4- 7 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-7 p.m.
