Cheryl Cox and Jeana Jensen pedal towards Huntington.

Seventeen bikers from Emery and Carbon counties hit the trail to raise money for cancer research.
The bikers wore the names of cancer survivors and those who have died from the disease.
The bikers met at Huntington City park at 6 a.m. for breakfast and then rode to the Buckhorn Panel on the San Rafael Swell.
On the return trip the weather became uncooperative but the riders pedaled back to Huntington.
They had lunch in the city park after the 50 mile ride.
Funds raised will be donated to the Emery County Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
The bikers raised more than $1,400.
This was the third bike ride in what has become an annual event. The ride is in conjunction with the MECCA bike club.
