Enid LaRue Davis Fail
Enid LaRue Davis Fail celebrated her 80th birthday with family and friends with an open house Sept.18 at Turnquist Cottage. Enid was born Sept. 23, 1925 to Thomas and Nettie Oveson Davis. She was married to Vaughn Fail for 49 years when he died after a short battle with cancer.
She has four children, Deanna (Larry) Gonzales, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Vila (Bill) Jewkes, Carbonville; Brad (Kalynn) Fail, Green River; and Katy (Ken) Woodruff, Sevierville, Tenn.; 13 Grandchildren, Ian (Jenny) Humes, Jeremy (Nicole) Humes, Jimmy (Heidi) Jewkes, Heidi (Ryan) Hartley, Danny (Hollie) Jewkes, Zac (Lindsey) Humes, Becca (Dan) Crane, Greg Woodruff, Joe (Amy) Fail, Krissa (Scott) Reid, Tyler Woodruff, Jessica Woodruff, and Kaleb Fail; 10 great-grandchildren, Jake Humes, Parker Humes, Ben Hartley, Emily Humes, Gabbie Crane, Daxton Humes, Abby Hartley, Wayland Crane, Easton Humes, and Tucker Jewkes.
They appreciated all that were able to join her in this celebration.
