Emery County residents Lindsay Huntsman, Stacy Moss, Terry Bennett and daughter Amber Rushton recently competed in Moab’s annual half marathon and five mile race, and did very well.
There were more than 4,500 runners from all over the world at this event.
Stacy Moss finished in two hours 24 minutes. Amber Rushton, finished 46 out of 192, in one hour and 57 minutes, in her age division. Terry Bennett finished second in her age division in the five miler. The above participants are from Orangeville. Huntsman, daughter of Laren and LaNell Huntsman of Castle Dale, finished first in her age division with a time of one hour and 45 minutes.
They are hoping to participate again and better their times.
