On June 16, the Emery County Recreation Department and the Millsite Mens Association sponsored a four person scramble golf tournament. Thirteen teams of four people participated in the shotgun start event.
First place-Jerry Mangus, Mark Marsing, Larry Wilde and Mark Booher.
Second place-Eric Luke, Stan Chappell, Kyle Chappell and Wade Mecham.
Third place-Jimmy Jones, Tyrell Thompson, Jason Hiatt and Shannon Hiatt.
Eighth place was chosen prior to the tournament to also be a winning slot. That team consisted of Randy Magnuson, Paul Brinkerhoff, Gary Denhalter and Von Bell.
