Bea Raby
Bea Raby will be celebrating her 80th birthday on Sept. 1. There will be an open house in her honor from 1-4 p.m. at the Jennifer Leavitt Building Alumni Room at the College of Eastern Utah. Everyone is encouraged to attend but please, no gifts.
