Sister Desie Oviatt has been called to serve in the Family and Church History Department in Salt Lake City. She will speak at the Huntington First Ward, 115 South 400 East in Huntington on Oct. 28 at 9 a.m. Sister Oviatt will report in Salt Lake City on Nov. 2.

Elder Brandt Neal Peacock


Elder Brandt Neal Peacock will return home Oct. 23 after completing a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Edinburgh Scotland Mission. He will be speaking in the Castle Dale Second Ward at 11 a.m. on Oct. 28 at the Castle Dale Stake Center.
Elder Peacock is the son of Neal and Gwen Peacock of Castle Dale. He is the grandson of Zora Peacock and the late VarLynn Peacock of Castle Dale, and LuJane Cook and the late Emerson Cook of Fountain Green.

Elder and Sister Huntington


Elder Richard and Sister Erma “Lynn” Huntington have been called to the Columbia South Carolina mission as full time missionaries. They will be speaking in the Orangeville Second Ward on Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. They will enter the Missionary Training Center Nov. 12.
The Huntingtons are the parents of five children: Becky (Blake) Gardner, Vince (Elaine) Huntington, Kurt (Carol) Huntington, Jason (Nikki) Huntington, and Gavin (Brook) Huntington. They also have 15 grandchildren with one on the way and one great-grandson.
