Boaters find a secluded beach area to camp for the night.

The Friendship Cruise, an annual boat trip which begins in Green River, was held again this year on Memorial Day weekend.
Boat enthusiasts from all over the West come to launch their boats at Green River State Park where they they traveled down the Green River to the confluence of the Colorado River. At the confluence, the boaters turn upstream, cross the slide area and continue to Moab.
The trips lasts three days.
Many families enjoy the Friendship Cruise with friends and family. They select camp spots for the nights and cook fun dinners. Emergency supplies, such as gas, are available along the route at Mineral Bottoms. Safety officers patrol the rivers for the entire weekend to lend a hand when needed.
