I want to say how much I appreciate all of the Utah Senators who rejected Judge Robert Hilder’s appointment to Utah’s appellate bench. It is time we put a stop to judges who set themselves up as law makers and remind them that their duty is not to make laws, but to uphold them.
When judges set themselves up as an authority, willing to dismiss our God given right to defend ourselves as framed in the Constitution and enumerated in the Bill of Rights-then it is time to not only not support such a judge, but to impeach him and remove him from office permanently. Good work Utah Senators.
