Zions Bank announced last week that it has promoted Erroll Holt to retail banking area president for the Carbon/Emery area. He is responsible for overseeing four branches in Price, Castle Dale and Huntington.
His office will remain at Zions Bank’s Price branch located at 45 S. Carbon Ave.
Holt joined the Zions team more than 32 years ago as a bookkeeper. His duties included check processing and sending out statements to clients.
Previous to his new position, he worked as a branch manager in Zions Bank’s Price office. He holds an associate degree in business from the College of Eastern Utah.
“When I joined Zions Bank in 1976, I was a bookkeeper,” said Holt. “It was the greatest time of my life. I am thrilled to be here and excited to serve as the new area president. We have a great team and I appreciate how committed my employees are.”
Dedicated to the local community, Holt is the president of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce. He is also the treasurer of the Price Downtown Alive committee, a board member of Pro-Carbon Inc., and the finance chairman for the Carbon District Boy Scouts of America.
