Lowry Grant Olsen turned 90 years old on Feb. 18.
Lowry was born in Ferron. He married Dorothy Childs on Aug. 23, 1939, she passed away in 2007. They had two children, Della (Duane) Marble, Corinne, Utah and Pauline (Roy) Wood of Delta, Utah. Lowry has eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
He loves to hunt, fish, camp, travel, laugh and be with his family. He has a great sense of humor. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is an avid Jazz fan.
An open house will be held on Feb. 28 from 4-6 p.m. at the Ferron Senior Center located at 190 North 300 West in Ferron.
