CARBONVILLE-Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, Marian Loraine Miller Christopherson, age 78 passed away peacefully March 14, 2009 at Parkdale Care Center while surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 28, 1930 in Salina, Utah to William and Zenna Beach Miller.
Married Lynn Alfred Christopherson, Oct. 2, 1948 in Las Vegas, Nev. Lynn died Oct. 1, 2003.
Marian loved spending time with and caring for her family. She enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing, shopping, and gardening. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survived by her children, Loraine (Don) Wisdom, Houston, Texas; Jerry L. (Wayne) Nielson, Beaumont, Calif.; Randy Christopherson, Carbonville, Utah; Teri L. (Dana) Paquette, Arlington, Texas; Larry Christopherson, Helper; sisters, Donna Robison, Scipio, Utah; Gloria Bjerregaard, Salt Lake City, Utah; sister in law, Brenda Wrightsman, Montrose, Colo.; 10 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lynn; and infant son Rocky.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Heirloom Inn and Parkdale Care Center for their love and care shown to Mom for the last few years.
Graveside service, Wednesday, March 18, 2009, 1 p.m., Cliffview Cemetery. Family will be at Mitchell’s from 12:30-12:50 p.m. on Wednesday. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are welcome daily.
