The Emery High Spartan baseball team will enter the first round of the state playoffs on Saturday. They will play Judge Memorial high school at 10 a.m. in Grantsville. They will play another game at 4 p.m. Saturday, win or lose. The state baseball tournament is a double elimination tournament. If the Spartans win at least one game they will continue play on Thursday at Utah Valley University in Orem.
