PRICE-Tamra Mary Marx, age 36, passed away peacefully Aug. 13, 2009 while surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with Muscular Dystrophy.
She was born March 4, 1973 to Bryan C. and Mary Clark Marx on a beautiful Sunday morning in Salt Lake City, Utah. Tammy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she received her endowments in the Manti LDS Temple.

She had a sincere interest in the lives of others and genuinely loved without judgment. Tamra desired to be independent, and worked as long as she could to support herself. She was a regular at the Saturday matinee and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Marx; sisters, Christy (Scott) Nelson, Amy (Kevin) Giles, Katie Jo Marx, brothers, Michael (Colette) Marx, Robert (Amy) Marx; grandmother, Glenna Marx; six nephews and three nieces. She is preceded in death by her father, Bryan C. Marx; and her grandparents.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Jeannie Hunt, PA; Rocky Mountain Hospice, Emergency Room doctors at Castleview Hospital, and her friends at Parkdale Care Center. Funeral service was held Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, 1 p.m., Price LDS Stake Center. A viewing was held Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home and at the Stake Center Monday one hour prior to service. Interment, Price City Cemetery.
