HELPER-Our beloved sister and aunt, Dorothy Ann Demman Lenton, age 78, passed away Sept. 23, 2009 after a lengthy battle with MS.
She was born Sept. 17, 1931 in Omaha, Neb. to Dr. Anthony R. Demman and Catherine Borsik. She married John Lenton, M.D., they later divorced.
Dorothy Ann was a dear friend, wonderful neighbor, sister and nurse who devoted her life towards the care of others. After graduating from schools in Carbon County she returned to Omaha, Neb. where she graduated from St. Joseph School of Nursing at Creighton University.
Dorothy Ann will always be remembered for her generosity and compassionate care to all.
She is survived by her brother, Robert Demman, Anaheim, Calif.; step daughter, Katherine Ann Lenton, Las Vegas, Nev.; niece, Michelle Malegni, Dallas, Texas, nephew, Anthony P. Demman, Huntington Beach, Calif.
Graveside service was held Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. in the Mt. View Cemetery, Helper. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price.
