Hello my name is Jax Gardner, a scout from Cleveland Second ward troop #385, working for my communications merit badge.
My dad is working with the Bureau of Reclamation trying to secure money from the Colorado Salinity Forum to develop an irrigation system on the Cottonwood Creek drainage. This would help remove a lot of salt from the Colorado River, which would help all the people in California have better drinking water. My dad says “Our system is one of the most highly qualified for salinity money, the Bureau has promised some money since March but will not give it to us.
