HELPER-Lee Ann Castagna age 50, passed away on Feb. 11, 2010. She was born to Charles Eugene and Virgina Lee Parks Hillard on Oct. 10, 1959 in Marion, Ill. She married Michael Castagna in April 1985, he later passed away on Feb.17, 1998.
Words can’t express how loving and caring LeeAnn was. It seems you could always count on her. Lee Ann could usually be found reading and laying in on her bed, surrounded by her three cats: Bob, Taz and Tod. If you couldn’t find her there she would always be out helping others.
She never asked for much in return. She couldn’t fool anybody that she didn’t have a sweet tooth, red velvet cake and the more chocolate the better. People who really knew her knew she couldn’t pass on a good corny horror movie. Lee could tell you all the flaws of the movie and still enjoy it.
Everybody and their cat knew how much she loved her kids, Joseph and Dakota and her fiance David. She had pictures of them everywhere. Lee Ann left this world as her son always told her she would, warm in her bed with no pain and knew that everyone loved her.
She is survived by her sons: Joe Castanga and fiance Sharise Thomas of Price and Dakota Wright of Ferron.
