PRICE- Our loving mother, grandmother, and friend, Mary Harokopakis Protopappas, age 94, died Sept. 8, 2010 at Castleview Hospital in Price.

Married Demosthenes E. Protopappas Oct. 8, 1936 in Greece. He died Nov. 8, 1975.
Mary was a faithful member of the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Price and involved in the church activities. She was introduced to the business world at the Hamburger King Cafe on Carbon Avenue in 1946. She raised her four boys and put two of them through dental school. Her vegetable garden was unbelievable for many years.
Mary’s biggest pride after she retired and her husband passed away was her pastry business. She shipped her Greek pastries with pride to the East Coast. Later in life her tomato garden and flowers would keep her busy outdoors.
She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
