WELLINGTON-Our loving husband, father, son, brother and dear friend, David Robert Rasmussen, age 35, passed away Oct. 8, 2010.
He was born March 6, 1975 in Pocatello, Idaho to Royce and Sharon Gentry Rasmussen.
Married Tracey Schade, Sept. 17, 1994 in Price.
Dave was a graduate of Emery High School Class of 1993. He was a longtime resident of the area and was presently employed with the Carbon County School District. Dave enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting with his family. He loved playing games and was always ready for a challenge at Ping-Pong, Stratego or a trip to the store for his Granny B Cookies. Dave loved being with his family and he will be dearly missed by all.
Survived by his wife, Tracey Rasmussen, his children, DaNell Rasmussen, Taylor Rasmussen, Schydi Rasmussen and Leyton Rasmussen, all of Wellington; parents, Royce (Sharon) Rasmussen, Elmo; brothers, Rustin Rasmussen, Elmo, Travis (Lynnae) Rasmussen, Helper; sisters, Yvette (Dane) Peacock, Stansbury, Utah, Sheri (Gary) Olson, West Jordan, UT, Shelly (Todd) Priano, Price; grandmother, Alba Rasmussen, Soda Springs, Idaho.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Clemmon Rasmussen, and Bob (Ruth) Gentry.
Graveside service, Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010, 11 a.m., Price City Cemetery. Family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to service.
