Returned to his Heavenly father on Oct. 23, 2010. He was born on Nov. 28, 1963 to Charles William Wandell and Sheila Jean Workman Wandell. J.D. loved singing and playing guitar, being with family and anything outdoors. J.D. loved all children and would give you the shirt off of his back.
He is survived by his mother Sheila Nelson (Ferron, Utah), sister Karrie Sprague (Midvale, Utah), brother Gary (Tammy) Wandell (North Ogden, Utah), brother Terry Wandell (Palisade, Colo.), sister Cheri Evans (West Jordan, Utah), brother Joe (Gillian) Wandell (Cleveland, Utah), sister Christie (LaWayne) Snow (Ferron, Utah), many nieces, and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Also J.D. had many special friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Charles William Wandell, nephew Brent William Wandell, Aunt Betty Brown, and grandparents on both sides.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday Oct. 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. Viewing one hour prior. Murray Memorial Mortuary 5850 South 900 East, Murray, Utah. Interment HerrimanCity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please donate to Desertview Federal Credit Union in J.D.’s name.
