PRICE-Richard Earl Trudell, aka “The Red Baron”, age 81, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2011 at Pinnacle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Price.
He was born June 16, 1929 to Romeo and Virginia Katzmarket Trudell in Duluth, Minn.
Richard was a quiet man with a lot of character. He enjoyed horse races and teasing the staff. In his earlier times Richard enjoyed reading and researching history. He was one to really enjoy his coffee. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was honorably discharged on Feb. 15, 1947.
He will be missed by his friends, the staff and those who knew him.
Graveside service Monday, March 14, 2011, 2:30 p.m. Price City Cemetery, Price. Friends were welcomed at Mitchell Funeral Home for a visitation on Monday one hour prior to services. You may share memories online of “The Red Baron” at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
