SANTAQUIN – Our precious little man, Richard Jay Valenzuela, light of our lives, passed away, April 16, 2011. He passed doing something he loved without pain.
He was born March 26, 2007 to Nicole Marie Maxwell and Mauricio Antonio Valenzuela.
He is survived by: his mother and father; sisters, Meika, LaShelle, Copelyn; brother, Kellen; grandparents, Tina (Raul) Hernandez, Deanna (Wayne) Maxfield, Dave (Wendy) Maxwell; great-grandparents, Maria Lacy, Jay (Peggy) Maxwell, Millie (Gary) Vigoren, aunts and uncles, Raul Hernandez Jr., John (Ashlie) Maxwell, Mike (Randy) Maxwell, David Jay, II (Tayna) Maxwell, Chance (McKenzie) Garrison;, Daniel (Malinea) McIntosh. He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Richard Valenzuela, Dean Mitchell; great-grandma, Alice Lance; great-great-grandparents, John (Luella) Maxwell, Carl and Dorit Eriksson, Edna (Charles) Lance.
Mass of the Catholic Burial was held on April 20, 2011. Burial was in the Payson City Cemetery that afternoon.
