On June 25, The Barbecue Pit and KUSA Radio 1080 on the dial were set up at Huntington City Park from noon-7 p.m. for the Barbecue Pit. They were in Huntington to assist in raising money for Relay For Life. All profits from the sale of food at the Barbecue Pit will be donated to the Relay For Life. Kellie Reid and her family own the Barbecue Pit and are from Orangeville.
Keith Mason of KUSA 1080 Radio was on site to broadcast the event to help raise money for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life for Emery County. His son Daron Mason was helping him.
BBQ raises funds for Relay for Life
"Money raised from the BBQ event goes to the Relay for Life event to be held at the Emery High track beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday."
