PRICE-Joseph Louis Geiser IV, age 56, was taken back to our Heavenly Father suddenly on July 11, 2011, at the Wedge Overlook.
Joe was born Feb. 16, 1955, in Harrisburg, Pa. to Joseph Louis Geiser III and Elvira Bruno. Joe was raised in Pennsylvania, but spent much of his adult life in Utah.
He married Joanne Brown, and after having three kids they divorced. He later met Robyn. Joe and Robyn McKinney were married in Las Vegas, Nev. on March 15, 1992. Joe and Robyn lived happily united until the day he died.
Joe loved riding his 4-wheeler with his two dogs, Ginger and Mollie. His life revolved around Robyn and his dogs. He loved being outdoors with his family. He loved hiking, gathering firewood, and building projects in his shop. He also enjoyed researching and publishing his newsletter the “Geezette”.
Joe worked at Deer Creek Mine for 31 years, and was a member of UMWA local 1769. He had his electrical papers, diesel papers, and fire boss papers. He was a pump technician.
Joe is survived by his wife Robyn; daughter, Jessica Geiser of Leechburg, Pa.; sons, Joseph (Autumn) Geiser of Murrysville, Pa.; John (Shanda) Geiser of Wakefield, Neb.; eight grandchildren: Ayla, David, Alyssa, Claudia, Joey, Margo, Camden, Asher; and one great-grandchild, Zoey.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Elvira Geiser.

Funeral services were Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Fausett Mortuary (680 East 100 South, Price). A viewing was held on Friday, July 15, 2011 from 6-8 p.m., and also prior to the services from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Fausett Mortuary. Interment was in the Emery Town Cemetery at 2 p.m. and a luncheon immediately following at the Emery LDS Chapel.
