ELMO-Mae Kaser age 89, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 17, 2011 in Price, Utah. Mae was born Sept. 8, 1921 in Clawson, Utah to Julius and Irene Foote Jensen. She married Roy Edwin Kaser on May 30, 1962, in Eureka, Calif.
Mae was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had a wonderful personality, that everyone enjoyed. She will be remembered as a loving, caring person who always put the needs of others before her own.
Mae is survived by four grandchildren: Elizabeth Walters of Denver, Colo., Michael Walters of Redding, Calif., John Larsen and Mary Lamar of Portland, Ore., six great-grandchildren, two brothers: Frank Jensen of Price, Utah and Nephi Jensen of Sandy, Utah and one sister: Bertha Jones of Elmo, Utah.
Mae was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Roy Kaser, daughter: Joan Martin, three brothers: Andrew, Joe and Ammon Jensen, three sisters: Emma Edwards, Alice Howell and Mary Woolsey.
The Jensen family would like to thank Dr. Gagon, Pinnacle Care Center, Castle View Hospital, residents of Turnquist Cottage and Butch and Calleen Wilcox for the excellent care and help that was rendered.
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 21, 2011 at the Elmo LDS Chapel at 11 a.m. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church prior to the services. Interment will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Ferron City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
