Rachelle Colby, 28, died Monday, Aug. 29, 2011, in Orem.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Provo Second Ward Chapel, 300 S. 600 W., Provo. Family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Interment will be held at the Huntington City Cemetery, Huntington.
