Fawn Christensen Killpack, 92, of Springville, passed away Oct. 21, 2011 at The Emery County Care Center in Ferron, Utah. Fawn was born June 22, 1919 to Lawarence and Hazel Barton Christensen in Ferron, Utah.
Fawn married Dean W. Killpack, Aug. 2, 1941 in Elko, Nev. They were later sealed in the Manti Temple. Fawn was a very active member in the LDS church and held many callings. She was a well known dance teacher in Springville, Spanish Fork, Ferron and Salina. She taught for many years.
She is survived by her two sons: Roger Dean (Sandra) of Ferron and Patrick Scott (Vickie) of Orem. She had eight grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son Don L. Killpack.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011, at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E 200 S., Springville, Utah. Friends and family may call Tuesday Oct. 25 from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Burial will follow the services in the Ferron City Cemetery at 3 p.m.
