PRICE/SALT LAKE CITY-Chris Himonas was surrounded by her loving family as she left this world for the next on Dec. 15, 2011. Born Nov. 22, 1934, in Gavalohori, Crete, Greece, to Alexander and Koula Papathakis Proestakis. She married George Himonas in the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Price, Utah, on Nov. 25, 1962. Services were held Dec. 17, 2011, 10 a.m., at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Price. Interment, Mount Olivet Cemetery in Salt Lake City.
