Scandinavian Humor
Our guest speaker, Edward Geary, will be presenting humorous stories of the early settlers in our area. He did this presentation for Scandinavian Days in Sanpete County. You don’t want to miss it. Mark your calendar Jan. 26, at the Museum of the San Rafael at 7 p.m. We will also be swearing in new officers for the Emery County Historical Society. Annual Dues are $5 per person.
Babe Ruth League President Election
A meeting to elect a Babe Ruth League President will be held Jan. 31 at 6 p.m. at the Emery County Recreation office.
Valentines Carnival
Huntington Elementary PTA will host its annual Valentines Carnival on Feb. 10 from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Huntington Elementary gym. There will be games, food and fun. Games include the cake walk, fish pond, fortune teller, basketball toss, bowling, football throw, bean bag toss, pop toss and many more.
