FERRON/RANGELY, COLO. – Devin Vance Carter: Born Aug. 13, 2002, died Feb.19, 2012 after sustaining injuries in an automobile accident. We will miss his unconditional love for everyone he met, his vibrant personality and his persistent curiosity about the world around him. We know that he is happily loving and serving those on the other side with his same attitude.
Devin was recently preceded in death by his grandma Leslie Carter.
He is survived by his loving mother, Danielle Brown of Rangely, Colo.; and his father Christopher (Melinda) Carter of Provo, Utah; his grandparents: Vance and Bobbi Brown of Ferron, Utah, Kevin Carter of Provo, Utah and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
