In the early hours of April 12 I was faced with a life threatening situation as my respiratory system began to go south.
Being 65 miles from my network hospital and doctor, it was our decision to call our Emery County Ambulance, and a team of unforgettable ladies came to my aid and managed to make all the right moves with IVs and oxygen and get me to Gunnison Valley Hospital. They actually saved this old man’s life.
After five days in the hospital I would like to thank them for their medical knowledge, kindness and unwavering willingness to make the right decisions. My thanks to Alisha Roberts, Kristina Hatch, Hazel Cox and Tara Payne.
You are a tribute to the community .
