WELLINGTON-Jewell E. Smith Clark passed away peacefully June 18, 2012 in Price at the age of 89. She was born Dec. 5, 1922 in Alterra, Utah to James H. and Gladys Walton Smith. Jewell married her sweetheart Lawrence “Blackie” Clark, Dec. 10, 1940 in Uintah County, Utah. He preceded her in death on Nov. 2, 1987.
