EAST CARBON-Candace Ann Boyd (Sissy), age 30, was called home July 3, 2012 by her Heavenly Father after a year long fight with cancer. Candace was born Nov. 18, 1981 in Price Utah. She is the loving daughter of BillieJean and Guy Koss and Norman C. and Tawnie Boyd.
