Eugene Fabert, 58, passed away June 25, 2012 at his home in Castle Dale where he’d lived for the last 10 years. He was born to Donald Eugene Fabert and JoAnn Wooldridge on Jan. 31, 1954 in Ottawa, Kan. A very small family gathering will take place in Salt Lake City in memory of Doug at a date not yet disclosed. He leaves behind a father, a sister, two brothers and three sons. Rest In Peace our son, brother, father and friend.
