GREEN RIVER-Longtime resident of Green River and highly decorated US Veteran, Carlton Philip Casper passed away August 10, 2012 in Ferron, Utah at the age of 90. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2012, 11:00 a.m., at the Elgin Cemetery in Green River, Utah.
