Emery County Business Chamber held a ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome Emery County Abstract and Title to its new location. The business has moved from Main Street in Castle Dale to an office on Center Street.
James Bartorelli has been in business in Castle Dale for 27 years. Daine Behling has joined the business and he said it is a new location, but the same great service the business has been known for in the past. The business deals with everything you need to do with titles, clearing titles, closing on mortgages, titles for homes, titles for commercial properties, farms and everything else.
Behling has expertise on real estate closings, title insurance and title searches. He enjoys doing history and research on properties to ensure the titles are free and clear. They also work with refinancing to pay off old loans and get old loans released.
Behling is originally from Emery County and worked in St. George for awhile. He always wanted to return to the county. He met his wife Stephanie while in St. George and they have two daughters, Kaicee and Kodee.
Stephanie is enjoying Emery County and said the people are really friendly here.
Bartorelli lives in Price so some of the customers for the business do come from Carbon County, but the business is here to serve Emery County residents. Behling said he has been doing real estate for seven years and finds it interesting as well as fun. “I like to help people get into houses. I like searching properties and doing histories. When I am not working I like to farm and do anything outdoors.”
Katie Dyer is the receptionist/secretary at the business.
The phone number is 435-381-2411 and the business is located at 65 North Center.
Tyler Jeffs, chamber president and chamber members Jenene Hansen, Ann Jones, Connie Jensen, Patsy Stoddard and Commissioner Laurie Pitchforth joined in welcoming the Emery County business to their new location. The company provided a lunch for those attending.
