WELLINGTON-Betty Ruth Duncan Flom, age 58, reunited with her beloved husband Joe on Sept. 21, 2012 in Price. Betty was born Feb. 24, 1954 in Kenilworth, Utah to Claude W. and Clara Renda Byrge Duncan. She married Joe Flom at the home of her parents in Wellington on Dec. 18, 1982.
