EAST CARBON- Frances Irene Blankenship, age 91, passed away May 12, 2013 in Price. She was born Feb. 19, 1922 in Lester, Colo. to James Lee and Laura Young Newell. Married George E. Blankenship, Aug. 1, 1942.
Funeral service, Friday, May 17, 2013, 11 a.m., East Carbon Community Church. Family will be at the church in East Carbon Friday one hour prior to services. Interment, Price City Cemetery.
