The Heritage Days rodeo queen contest was held on June 9 in the Huntington arena. There were two categories and three participants in each category. The queens and attendants will reign over the Heritage Days Rodeo on June 28-29 at the Huntington Rodeo arena.
The judges for the event were Davie Stokes, Hal Schiffner and Tona Jo Frazier. The contestants rode patterns around the arena, backed up their horses and answered questions from the judges about their horses and knowledge about riding.
