Price: Louis Bay, age 45 passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at his home in Price. He was born February 26, 1968 in Washington, Mo. to Louis Bay Sr. and Betty Ann Payton Bay. After the passing of his mother, Louis was raised by his step mom, April Lyles. Louis married Kathy Sartori on June 30, 2001 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
