Elder Chet Funk been called to serve in the Dallas Texas Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Elder Funk reports to the Mexico Missionary Training Center on Oct 30 to learn Spanish.
Elder Funk is the son of Jack and Tammy Funk of Elmo.
There will be an open house in his honor at the Elmo ward building on Oct 25th 6-9 pm.
He will speak on the Oct. 27 at 9 am at the Elmo ward.
