PRICE-Karen Kay Shiner Copfer, age 75, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Oct. 23, 2013. She was born May 17, 1938 in Price, Utah to Vern and Melba Richens Shiner. Married Jim Kulow, Sr., they later divorced. In 1978, she married Jimmy Copfer in Las Vegas, Nev. and together they enjoyed traveling together and making their home in Price. Funeral service was held on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery, Price.
