HELPER- Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, Claudia Jean Ball Bruno, age 73, passed away peacefully Oct. 19, 2013 at her home in Helper. She was born March 31, 1940 in Glen Falls, N.Y. to Owen Clifton and Ethel A. Barrows Ball.
