"Trick or treaters attend the first trunk or treat in Green River."

By Julie Zwahlen

EEEKKK! Halloween was here and we had all the usual ghosts and goblins running around Green River. The first annual Trunk-or-Treat was a success. There was a good turnout of trunks with candy and treaters to visit those trunks. It was at the senior center and was organized by Heather Parsons. She did such a great job and everyone is looking forward to it next year.
Then the ghosts and goblins with a few witches and princesses thrown in here and there went over to the Halloween carnival that is put on every year by the fire department. Then all those little ones in disguises went on to more Trick-or-Treating. I haven’t decided whether Halloween is a dentist’s favorite holiday or worst nightmare holiday, so don’t forget to brush.
