PRICE – Our beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and a “Tia” to everyone, Jessica Marie Christman, passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 19, 2013 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah at age 32.
She was born Oct. 4, 1981 in Price, Utah to Joe and ReNae Palacios Christman.
To know Jessica was to love her. She simply left you no other choice. It brings comfort to know Jessica was as loved by everyone as she was by her family. Jessica’s last gift in life was to be an organ donor.
She is survived by her parents, Joe and ReNae Christman, Price; aunt, Marie Christman, West Jordan; siblings, Steve Walters, M.D. (Molly), Dallas, Texas, Cassie Joe, Abu Dhabi, Joey, Price, grandfather, Manuel “Pappa Stone” Palacios, Sunnyside; grandmother, Georgia “Grams” Quenan (Roger), Price; nephews, Ethan, Riley, Charlie Walters, Dallas, Texas and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceded in death by her four-legged babies Chopper and Vinny; her grandmother, Lydia Palacios and many dear aunts, uncles and cousins.
Our expression of gratitude falls short to all who provided emergency medical care to Jessica; she was given every chance to this world. May God bless you.
Funeral service was held Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, 11 a.m., Price Stake Center (150 South 500 East). Family was at Mitchell Funeral Home Thursday evening 5-7 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to service.
Interment Cliffview Cemetery, Price. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home where friends are welcome to share memories of Jessica at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in Jessica’s honor to the Carbon County Children’s Justice Center at 80 South Fairgrounds Rd. Price, Utah 84501 or the Carbon County Humane Society at 58 North Carbon Ave., Price, Utah.
