Happy (Hap) Plaga passed away Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014. He was born to Gean and Olivia Gunderson Plaga in Price, Utah, on Jan. 19, 1932. He attended school in Helper and was on the wrestling and football teams at Carbon High School. Happy will be buried in Helper, Utah, where a Celebration of Life is planned for this spring. His generous heart and smile brightened the lives of those who knew and loved him, and these blessings will stay with us forever.
