Marsha Ann Lee of Helper, Utah passed away Jan. 31, 2014, suddenly and painlessly with her husband, Richard, by her side. Marsha was born in Dallas, Texas in 1937.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014, at the United Methodist Church, (10 North 200 East) in Price. Family will be at the church Thursday one hour prior to services.
